In 2000, the Group founded its first trading company, Cashin Resources Co., Ltd., and in 2002, Shandong Sunrise Fuel Co., Ltd. was established, reinforcing the Group's position in the domestic coal industry.

Fuel Energy

Shangshang Holding Group is a global energy supply chain enterprise that has successfully expanded its coal business from domestic trade to international markets. The company effectively utilizes global resources and continuously deepens its presence in overseas markets. It has successfully developed upstream resource channels in Indonesia, South Africa, and Australia, establishing long-term partnerships with major mining operations in South Africa. In Indonesia, the Group has comprehensively expanded its portfolio to include all grades of coal—high, medium, and low calorific values—with ports located in Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, and Sumatra, ensuring the efficient transportation and supply of coal.

Mineral Resources

As one of the earliest traders to enter the Southeast Asian market, the Group's iron ore business began with iron ore from Indonesia and Malaysia and gradually expanded to mainstream iron ore varieties in Australia and Brazil. It mainly supplied with steel factories and traders around the Bohai Sea and Rizhao port in China, covering the whole industrial chain, and derive from upstream iron ore products of steel mills to downstream steel billets.

Non-ferrous metals

Since 2017, the Group has been exploring the non-ferrous metals sector. In 2024, it officially established non-ferrous metals operations teams in Shanghai and Singapore, focusing on refined and mineral products such as copper, aluminum, zinc, and alumina. The majority of the team members come from leading international industry players and possess extensive experience in the field. The Group has now established a mature and effective operational, risk control, and settlement system, enabling it to maintain flexible operational strategies and agile, steady responses in a rapidly changing market environment.

Petrochemical

Shangshang Holding Group holds the Ministry of Commerce’s approval for non-state-owned fuel oil imports. The company has adopted and introduced Shell’s advanced marketing and management models, leveraging existing resources to operate products such as crude oil, imported fuel oil, and various base oils.

Shipping & Logistics

To establish a global coal supply chain network, Shangshang Holding Group has assembled an experienced ocean transportation team. In 2017 and 2019, the Group registered professional shipping companies in Qingdao and Singapore, respectively, operating bulk carriers ranging from 20,000 to 200,000 tons. Centred around the coal supply chain and driven by customer demand, we provide maritime transportation services for international bulk dry cargo. While we continue to meet the long-term shipping needs of our existing clients, we are also actively expanding our overseas transportation market.
